I think the ring rust will be too much, Ward either loses or gets away with an ugly decision. If it weren't for the layoff and injury I would pick Ward by a wide decision.

Ward is going to tap that ass. (and hug a lot in the process.)

I'm interested to see if he will go for the KO, since he said after Dawson that was the last phase of his game. (I know the dawson fight was 16 years ago,)

I think he will. Especially after his power in both hands statement lol.

Ward and his team are going to have to talk to the ref before the fight about the rabbit shots that Rodriguez throws. That's basically how he knocked out Grachev, with illegal haymakers behind his head. Unless he hit's Ward with one of those he has no chance here.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ward stopped him.

Would be great to see. He needs to fight more often. He's wasting his prime by sitting on the sidelines. I know he's been hurt, but I hope he pushes himself after this fight (barring injury) to fight more than twice a year moving forward.

Ward appears to have everything covered. He wanted this fight and is confident he is going to win. It seems he sees Rodriguez as an inferior version of Carl Froch.

Hard to look past Ward via UD, but it would be some upset if he lost. Rodriguez would be where Stevenson is at 175.
