Ward has to do testing in his next fight if he wants to avoid backlash. This isn't the first time he's turned down testing, and considering the crap he talked before about wanting to lead the charge in blood testing, his lack of it is extremely hypocritical.

That being said, I'm glad the King is back in the ring. Sucks to see such a great fighter spend so much of his prime years sidelined.

Agree he must do it in his next fight if he wants to avoid terrible backlash. He looks like a hypocrite at this point with all the talk he did, but I don't doubt he's clean.

And his inactivity really sucks. If he had been fighting, he'd still be my #1 P4P fighter. I had to drop him to #2. When Floyd Mayweather fights more often than you, you need to get busy.

I kind of feel the same way but in boxing anything can happen. However, with that being said I don't see how some posters believe that Ward will win by knockout. Edwin has a pretty solid chin so I don't see Ward winning that way.

Being overwhelmed by your opponent's skills can play as much a role as your punch resistance sometimes.

Ring rust could be an issue but it's pretty obvious that Ward wants to make a statement in this fight. Ward feels he can win great fashion. He seems very motivated and confident. Let's say Ward by late TKO.
