It seems to change though. I believe he is not punch drunk but rather either DRUNK from alcohol use or (and hopefully not) on drugs.

James and I had our differences but I don't like seeing him slurring like that. You've already proven that you are great, leave the miniscule purses (in campison to his other career purses) for somebody else.
