You did not at all touch on the rediculous purse split that was demanded by Mayweather, he was either too greedy or just wanted to price himself out knowing he did not want to fight this guy.
Who was Mayweather to dictate the rules anyway?? Jail has definately tamed him, people inside have definately hit it home to him that he was SCARED to lose to Paquiao.Your writing is biased in Mayweather's favour. Yes he is gifted but nowhere as good as he makes himself out to be.

Scared to lose to Paquiao? To say he is afraid to face anybody is ridiculous.. People also thought he would duck Canelo. Instead he took the fight and made the guy look amateur. Floyd has never gotten the respect he deserves as a great, and people always throw Pacman in the mix. Pac and his team could have easily put their pride to the side and made the fight happen by taking the test. Pacman was great at beating up fighters who had no great footwork, great at throwing a bunch of punches without any kind of great technique. He isn't lightning fast nor does he have amazing footwork or defense, and even if he DID close off any exits can you not see Floyd smiling in his face while standing in the pocket dodging punches before catching him off balance and moving to the side, most likely hitting him a few times first?The fight would have been a repeat of Mayweather- Marquez.. Pac agreed to full random testing in 2011 and Floyd called Pac on the phone to pre-negotiate a fight at the time that everyone knew that testing was no longer an impasse and in that phone call Floyd offered Pac 40 Mill / No PPV and Arum as usual knocked down those efforts. Pac was willing to take less and Arum went to the media to let everyone know that he would not accept the arrangement. Pac and Floyd wanted the fight and the old fart Arum got in the way. He needs to die of old age.

That is old news about blood draws weakening him because that is not his stance of the last 2-3 years. Pac eased up on the his stance about being drained decided it was best to agree to WADA/USADA testing with no cutoff if he was ever going to get the fight made and that lead to Floyd later calling Pac out in Twitter and then calling him on the phone. The Arum nixed. Now we are present time and some of the Boxing populous still hopes a Rios win will lead to a Mayweather fight.
