Bob arum stating the reason floyd vs PAC shouldn't have been done may 5 was because he had a stadium being built that'd generated more revenue for the gate. Hurt me so much since my bday was on The 6th. Would've been the greatest gift ever but **** happens.

I find Louis being knocked out by Marciano very difficult to watch.
In my lifetime, Crawford Ashley being knocked out by Ole Klemetsen is the first to spring to mind. It's not that I was a fan as such, but the nature of the knockout coupled with how foolhardy Ashley had been in the run-up has always stuck with me.
How bad Holyfield looked against Moorer in their first fight. His redemption in the second fight and the fights against Tyson, his whole career really, being tainted by the knowledge that he's a drugs cheat. Misplaced faith and admiration.
Sitting watching Margarito drop Cintron four times and thinking, 'this makes no sense to me'. Finding out exactly why it made perfect sense. Loving a sport so corrupt and devoid of morals that he would be rewarded with massive paydays after being caught with loaded wraps.
Frank Bruno's battle with mental illness and after selling millions of copies off his back, The Sun's headline of 'Bonkers Bruno'.
Worst of all though, Ricky Hatton's psychological reaction to defeat. He's convinced he let us down after the love and support we invested in him, not realising what he gave us in return and the pride that we'll always have in him. If he was the failure that he thinks he is, he would never have dared to aim so high in the first place. It's a shame he can't acknowledge that.Comment

Pac getting KO'd. I joked about it, but it was hard to watch the KO.
Oddly enough I had it in sig form... but that was so I could better get used to it. I still haven't seen the fight again
Donaire/Darchinyan was pretty bad. I was so embarrassed for himComment

Up until July 2009, "No Mas" was at the top of the list.
But the tragic, untimely deaths of Arturo Gatti, Alexis Arguello, and Vernon Forrest were too much for me. All in rapid succession. That was beyond awful.Comment

Arguello losing to Pryor was startling and angering. I just couldn't see how Alexis was losing to "The Hawk." Years later, I understood.
Duran not only losing to Leonard, but quitting, can only be described as "disorienting." It was probably the hardest loss I've ever taken.
Ali kept letting me down as a kid. I wanted to see him lose to Frazier, Norton, Foreman and pretty much everyone else. He kept winning. lol
In all cases, I grew to respect and even like the fighters whom I once hated.Comment

My all time favourite fighter, nothing I wanted more than him to make history in that fight.
I was in the same boat with Ali. Had only vague recollections of the Fraizer fight despite watching it live and extremely vague of the Liston and Cooper fights as I was very young when those fights happened.
Ali-Foreman was my time to see Ali get flattened for the real first time being old enough to really get emotionally involved.Comment
