Please Marquez let it go. You make yourself look ****** right now. Im far from a Bradley fan, but you have to be blind to think Marquez won. I didnt even see it as a tight fight. Marquez is not so good at pressing the action and he had no choice to do it. Bradley won and no need for a rematch. Bradley-Pacquiao 2 please. Thats the fight that needs to be done if Pacman passes Rios wich he should.

It is a damn shame that Bradley has beaten all three of these guys (whether you agree with the decision or not) and yet, his only options are rematches with one of these three. That is what Bradley gets for signing with a promoter who doesn't give a damn about him and treats him like dirt.
You clowns need to make up your minds. You can't justify the ducking by mentioning TR's lucrative offer, then slam TR later.
He can leave anytime his contract expires. No one is stopping him. TR is not a prison like you clowns suggest.Last edited by maguirre; 11-11-2013, 01:03 PM.Comment

As a fan of Marquez, I want to see this rematch happen. I think in a rematch he makes it clear that he is superior to Bradley. NOW as a disliker of this matchup since it was first announced (I wanted to get this matchup/fight out of the way ASAP.. I was only interested in the title involved with it for Marquez), I don't want to see it again. It's a waste of time, I don't really want to have to pay again for this bout.
Hopefully someone more interesting snatches the title away from Bradley like Pacquiao and then have Marquez pursue that for one fight I would definitely be very excited for + the title/history on the line for Marquez.Comment

You refused Pac a rematch because you claimed the win was decisive despite being battered and getting a lucky Ko - note i Said lucky ko not punch
When Bradley beat you decisively, you suddenly want a rematch
P off Marquez, Pac gave you 3 rematches while you gave zero, you deserve nothing from Bradley until you rematch pacComment

LOL,Pac would have been paid the same amount to fight Bradley that he was paid to fight Marquez..How was Marquez the tougher fight??Bradley beat Pac,at the time Marquez had not one a fight against Pac yet..There was no excuse for Pac not to fight Bradley right away tbh..
I love Pac,but tbh it was a bit of a sucker move to say..Oh majority feels I won so that means I don't have to show it in the ring..That's not what this sport is about..It was pretty disappointing by him imo..
I mean, CJ Ross called Canelo Floyd a draw. I think we can use some common sense and discount some of these insane things that judges like CJ Ross have done to this sport in the last few years. Everyone knows Manny beat Bradley, Beltran beat Burns and Matthyse beat Alexander. It's an annoying fact of this sport that we need to sometimes ignore actual results because of inept judges (not when we want to ignore the result, but when the media is 60/60 on a score and a review panel is submitted and finds that the loser was really the clear winner, then it's obvious who really won).
That said, I'd imagine it was purely about money. I can't imagine a Bradley rematch would've given Manny more money than a Marquez fight, and that's still likely true. The base pay for Manny might be the same, but fighters like him and Floyd almost always get a % of the PPV buys and the PPV buys for Manny Marquez is always going to be larger than Manny Bradley. Marquez is just an incredibly popular fighter.
And Bradley said himself that he decided not to take the Manny rematch recently because he "wasn't ready for this." I assume he meant mentally, he took a beating publicly and was depressed for awhile over the first fight's controversy. So even though Bradley would've made far more money facing Manny a second time, he chose to face Marquez instead.
And Marquez rejected a Manny rematch recently because he wanted to try to win a 5th weight class title I believe it was. However, I'm sure he also feels pretty good about winning the last fight with that crazy knockout punch. If Marquez is still fighting in a year or two I'd imagine he will consider going for yet another Manny fight though. Just too much money in it.Comment

marquez isn't getting any younger and his style is all wrong for bradley, this would be a waste of a fight lol, i would rather see him fight ruslanComment

JMM is almost like B-Hop in that his style makes it very difficult to paste his ass, even when you beat him. And generally, he gets done what he goes into a fight wanting to get done. So in his mind, he feels he's done enough to win the fight.
Personally, I think Bradley clearly beat him and have very lil desire to see a rematch. If Pac beats Rios, I think the time is now for the fifth fight. If Pac loses, I wouldn't mind seeing JMM take a crack at Broner. If he can get away from Arum of course.Comment

I don't even get what these idiots are saying. He was with GBP when he called out Khan and was offered his first million dollars by HBO combined with Khan's purse adjustments. Bradley still ducked Khan.

But Bradley didn't really beat Manny. Most of Manny's wins over Marquez were closer than the review panel that was called in to review the Manny-Bradley score because it was so poor.

BTW Pac looked awful and Bradley(with two bad feet)was not marked or hurt at all in this fight..Like I said, that's not what this sport is about..Very disappointed in Pac..See that's my opinion..
At the end of the day the real outcome was Bradley the winner..BTW what about the dean of judges who scored the fight for Bradley??Funny how you conveniently forgot to mention that he also saw the fight as close and a win for Bradley..Last edited by Rome-By-Ko; 11-11-2013, 01:23 PM.Comment
