Anyone else find this annoying between rounds??

when Mike Alvarado fought Brandon Rios the first time around between each round he held his hands up in the air as if he just won the fight.... A few rounds layer he got knocked out by Brandon Rios so to me it was embarrassing that he was celebrating so early.

Fast forward to Mike Alvarado vs Provodnikov and Mike did it again after all the early rounds until Provodnikov beat him into submission.

I thought he would of learned bis lesson after the first Rios fight but he didn't.

    Anyway else find this annoying?

My runner up most annoying thing a fighter does is when a fighter stops and stares at his opponent after the bell rings. Fernando Vargas was known for doing this. I mean your already in a fight so that never made sense to me.

It only bothers me when a runner does it after a round where he didn't do anything but throw pitty pat punches and run. That really annoys me and makes me use innapropiate language towards my TV set. If it comes from a guy who has fought the round, I have no problem with him feeling confident or like he accomplished something that round.

Mikey Garcia seemingly does it after single round. Think he even did it after getting seated last night

I noticed that last night but at least it's a subtle hand raise.

Alvarado does it with a smile and excitement that should be reserved until he has won. More celebratory then it should be given the fights still happening.

Yeah I do find that annoying 2. Especially when he does it when he losses a round. Its like hes not sure of himself.

The only between the rounds thing that bothers me is when they don't show the damn ring girls!!!!

His reaction to getting dropped was annoying. And he walks to his corner weird

yeah I'm not a fan of that sht. even when mikey was doing it yesterday, not nearly as bad alvarado, who's fckin annoying with it. i remember seeing guys on that contender tv show do it, looks amateurish, I don't want to see guys on hbo/showtime do that sht.

at least not after every round. there may be a situation where a fighter just landed a lot of punches in the last 30 seconds and the crowd was heavily cheering for him, then maybe he can raise a hand or something for them, but otherwise not every round.

Theres alot of emotion going on in a fighters mind and when the bell rings to close a round some of it gets released. Its a fighter acknowledging his fans.
Imagine a fighter bonding with fans??? Ray.
