Mickey Garcia did his thing and he closed the show.
Aside from the flash KD, in the 2nd round, he pretty much dominated the fight.

The one thing that frustrated me about this fight is Garcia's lack aggression. Many times in the fight Rocky was on wobbly legs, and Garcia just wouldn't press the action. Ultimately he closed the show, but would love to see more of a killer instinct in him.

Mikey is the man! Smart strong and fast. This guy is going to be elite very soon. Thanks Mikey for taking away the belt from our only beltholder lol. But foreal this guy is no joke. Would love to see him fight Gamboa. Both very fast and strong. Who will be the smarter fighter?

Garcia is FAR AND AWAY the best fighter in or around his weight, simple as that.

I noticed that too, but i went into the fight hoping that Garcia would just methodically whoop Martinez until he quit. I wanted this in revenge for the past three robberies that Martinez has been given. I got what i wanted, Garcia systematically whooped/broke him down, hurt him a few times, and then made him quit with a body shot. Garcia showed skill, strength, and patience.

Garcia has the total package -- would be an uphill battle for anyone who faces him....

Your making $.hit up pal when mikey was gamboa mandatory he didn't want the fight period!! Naw Mikey is a fighter his team didn't like that match up then and still does not like it now!! And as for as 135lbs Terrance Crawford is the better fighter , he would make easy work of Garcia!! Period Garcia is nothing special !!!
