Rocky always brings it, but his belt was on borrowed time. "Sometimes it's better to be lucky then good" should be the official Team Martinez motto, but in all fairness, he's been a little bit of both.

With that said, just like his other fights, Mikey made it look easy, and with names like Rigondeaux, Santa Cruz, Gamboa, Mendez, if he can stay focused and continue to improve, and get a little lucky himself every now and than, he should be the best figher to come out of the colonias.

Mikey was off balance,you can see on the replay he was squared up...that was a flash knockdown

Garcia would have problems with guys like Javier Fortuna or Louis Franco be serious he has never fought any Athletically gifted boxers !!!! The kid is decent but Rocky Martinez real lost to that kid Juan Carlos Burgos!! At the end of the day Mikey Garcia did what he was expected to do and he didn't let that Flash knock down deter him from the win. The body shot was really dope tho!!!

GGG hasn't been tested so we don't know whats wrong for getting dropped from a perfect place punch?? Is not like he was dazed or hurt. Rigondea, JMM, dlh etc have all been dropped. Russell would go to survival mode after a Mikey straight right. Russell isnt even a contender yet much less considered to beat the top dog at 130.

GGG wasn't tested stevens didn't land anything right on the button he landed a couple shota here and there but not any well placed shots. Stevens was in survival mode since round 1 throwing one punch at a time. If that was the case we could say garcia took all of salidos punches well.

Garcias knockdown was more him letting his guard down a rare mistake. Anyways garcia completely masterful. Garcias knockdown doesn't mean **** like riogos knockdown in the donaire fight. Both completely dominated. You are also not taking into consideration he just moved up in weight fighting bigger guys.

That knockdown doesn't make me think he has a weak chin jmm doesn't have a weak chin although he has gotten dropped multiple times on his career. A weak chin is when as soon as you get hit you are in trouble wobbly legs, dazed like Khan, cotto etc
