Which is what Mendez would want if Martinez could box with and counter Garcia pretty sure Mendez would do better plus he's quicker and carries more power, there isn't enough money or demand for the fight, they won't put Garcia in with a elusive boxer if they don't have to

Well, that's my opinion as well...that they would rather match Garcia up with a come forward kind of fighter and not one like Mendez who has great speed and very good defensive work as well some elusiveness to go with it. He might just make Garcia look a little less then great. This is also why I would like to see this fight go down but I'm pretty sure right now they don't want it.
