Thanks man. It was a bit harsh, though I'm still confused how red hair can overcome all these things that are usually liabilities for Mexican fans. Though JMM is a whiner, he's way more Mexican in the ring than Canelo. Canelo also doesn't seem to have much personality otherwise. "I like shoes"

Marquez was strictly a defensive counter puncher most of his Career. It wasn't until after the first Pacquiao fight and the Chris John fight that he started fighting more "Mexican" , keep in mind he was around 33 at this time. It's the reason he never had the following of Morales or Barrera. Neither fights like a typical Mexican fighter.

I know but Pac 1 was 9 years ago, and he's mostly been in crowdpleasers since. Sure he's a counterpuncher, but an aggressive one, and huge heart and will shown every time out

Yeah what I'm saying is that he only started fighting aggressively when he realized he wasn't winning close decision and had little following.

I agree they are both good fighters that will probably be fighting important fights for many years to come. I am a Canelo fan and he is a class act and treats everyone with respect. I still find Broner annoying and not even a little bit funny. Broner has no class at all and I don't think he is good for boxing even if he is a good fighter. Broner deserves the hate he gets from many fans because he is a very hateful person. I can't think of any other boxer who is as disrespectful and hateful toward his fellow boxers as Broner. I don't know how his next fight will end but I hope Maidana beats the hell out of him.
