I don't think so, Tommy's got all the cards in this fight, I don't think he'd stop Mayweather as he'd have difficulty landing flush like in the Benitez fight. Floyds could have some success if he sat down more on his punches and threw in combinations, not saying floyd would stop or hurt him but Tommy had very bad balance. But sitting down and punching isn't Floyds game anymore so I dunno if he'd take the risk. I'd give it 80-20 to the motor city cobra

Hearns was not as fast at 154 and Benitez had a solid chin. At 147, Hearns was a machine gun. Floyd has no inside game over the length of a fight and on the outside, he gets nailed by that jab.

Nope. Too tall, long, aggressive and powerful. Always liked Hearns and he wins it. Floyd is the best in this era, a weak one comparatively speaking.

Because of the length and power of Hearns this would be a really tough fight fight for Mayweather to win. However Hearns would never be able to walk through Floyd or any other fighter in history. I know Floyd attitude rubs people the wrong way but disrepect his talent. People are forgetting one of his best weapons is being able to make adjustments.
