Guy was born into boxing.. 31 years old. Power is the last thing to go. He has plenty of it. He will be around for atleast another year...

Matthysse considered retirement after "losing" to Judah and Alexander. It was only his young daughter who convinced him to carry on. He seems like a bit of a depressive character, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he retired.

This is true, I hope his little girl never lets him give up. The man is pure excitement in that ring and it would be an utmost shame to see him leave the sport.

He deserves a title at the very least, and I believe he will get it eventually even if he has to move upto 147.

I don't think this is true but in the case you are referring to he didn't want to start all over again in order to get a title shot. This time around he's with Haymon so he's in a good spot to get another shot soon. It would
Be dissapointing to see him go out like that, unless his eye is really damaged.

Hope it ain't true cause there's other options besides a Garcia rematch.
