Bull****, Manny pac does not deserve his rating of number 1, number two i might buy but not one. It is clearly Barrera.
Ok....stopped screaming manny pac fans long enough for me to explain this one.

Barrera is WBC/IBF super featherweight champ, agreed. He defeated Erik Morales who at the time was the linar Super featherweight champ. Barrera hasn't lost since. he is the linar super featherweight champ. Morales beat Pac and lost the rematch. By all means i believe manny is the undisputed number one contender to the title that Barrera holds.

Right, allot of you are saying by now that Pac beat Barrera. True, but he did so at featherweight. If Manny returns to featherweight, i wil consider him the linar featherweight champion. However, regardless whom you think would win Vs Manny and Barrera in a rematch at super feather the fact remains that Barrera beat the super feather champ and hasn't lost. Manny lost to Morales, a man coming off a loss to Barrera. See the lodgic?
Just because Manny beat Barrera at featherweight doesn't give him the right to claim status over Barrera at super featherweight. Barrera has done more at super feather and deserves his number one ranking at this weight. if both returned to featherweight and fought, i`d consider Manny the champ and not barrera. Its not the titles i`m concerned about, it's the notion of Barrera having to concide ranking to a man who, compared to Barrera has not that impressive record at super featherweight ( 2 - 1 - 0 ).
Manny might yet beat Barrera at super feather but untill he does he isn't the true champ, Barrera has fought more and done more at super featherweight!

The only fighters i have rooted against are Corrales, Tyson and Judah. The reasoning is simply, Tyson and Corrales both have served time in inside for abusing women and Judah's just a nasty piece of work. Its nothing to do with their skills, its the ****, constant ****, abuse etc... that i hate.
I love Barrera, i think he is a great champion and a warrior.
I WILL attack nuthugging and people who make outlandish statements like `pac is unbeatable`. Duh, the guy has 5 fights on his record he did not win, surely he is not unbeatble.
Manny is a great fighter but since i spent a year in Asia a few years back now and saw one of manny's defeats live on Tv i have always respected him for his heart but can't forget that night. Reminded me of Jumior Jones vs Kennedy McKinney. You'd have bet your house on manny after the first round, but he let us down, and himself!

He was destoryed at FEATHERWEIGHT not super featherweight. Its like saying if O`Neil Bell lost to say Virgil Hill at crusierweight, then bell goes up to heavyweight and wins the title and universal recognition as champ, right. Then Hill after a year or so goes up to heavyweight ( and lets say he suffered a loss in his first heavyweight fight, like manny did against Morales ) and Hill gets a rematch against the guy who beat him at heavyweight and wins. Then you'd say Bell, who lets say was undefeated during this time at heavyweight, isn't the heavyweight champ, its Virgil hill because Hill beat Bell at crusierweight and hill should be the number one heavyweight. Can you see the arguement that i'm making?

No proof of Mayweather abusing a woman. He was accused of hitting his girlfriend, by his girlfriend, Mayweather said all he did was grab her wrists, because she was breaking stuff that he paid for. I don't see anything wrong with that, if the ***** is crazy, its good to walkaway or just grab her wrists.

Mayweather is a woman beater too. he isn't as loud as Judah so i tend to forget him. But there are no faves when it comes to abuse. Tyson, Mayweather, Judah and Corrales should be shot at point blank range because of their violence towards women. This isn't about boxing skills. All these fighters are world class, no doubt. But it isn't their ring ability in question. its the fact that they are allowed to fight and earn money while behaving as they do in their private life. They should be punished where it hurts, their careers!

I agree, this could be the case. But fan approval shouldn't govern ratings and just cos everyone loves Pac because of his exciting style doesn't mean he should be elavated to top status in a weight division that he has only 3 fights, and one of those fights a loss less than a year ago!
