More proof Haymon and GB arent serious about Quillin being anything else but a local attraction.

maybe they're trying to get Quillin a big name on his resume
don't mind that, but he proves nothing slaughtering a shot guy
Quillin needs to try unifying after Jacobs, if they do fight
Cotto should just quit or get his tiny ass to back WW
Cotto is not shot. And I would give him a good chance to outbox Quillen. Going into the fight the only question I would have is can Cotto handle Quillen's power. If he can, I think he wins rather easily.

Rosado just came up to Middleweight and placement of punches has more to do with hurting a fighter than raw power. Cotto would get inside and keep throwing to the head and body. Rosado is not as successful at switching from outside game to inside game as Cotto is. If Cotto lands, he can hurt Quillin and wear him down. Qullin clearly showed in his last fight that if he cannot continually hurt a guy who comes forward, he gets uneasy and gets tagged. 50-50 fight and the odds would reflect something close to that.

Cotto would make Quillin very uncomfortable on the inside and Quillin doesn't have the type of legs to keep Cotto off him all night so he would have to be able to stop Cotto in his tracks, if not, he gets raked over on the inside.
