Not a bad breakout year for IBO/WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin in 2013. He outlanded his four opponents nearly 3-1 in total punches. Golovkin landed an average of nearly 14 jabs per round, more than double the middleweight average and highest per round among today's active championship caliber fighters (Malignaggi - 11, W. Klitschko - 10). Golovkin also landed nearly half of his power punches - 11% higher than the middleweight average.
