Greenburg sounds like a total hypejob brit
no one hypes him up here, no one really likes him hence why he is fighting in Monaco, he is just too small and Peter would destroy him.

I still don't get the hype about Peter, he's simply not got enough tools to ever become a great heavyweight. he's not an athlete.

I think Roman Greenberg is ready to finally step up to the next level, this fight would be very interesting for sure. I have been keeping a close eye on his (Greenberg) progress for years now. He is a good fighter and he should test Peter, maybe even score a win.

I can't believe that people are giving **** to Greenberg about this.

Doesn't it bother anybody that Sam Peter (a ton 10) heavyweight is calling out someone who is arguably not even top 50...

Also if Roman took 10 years to work himself into contention for a title shot and took time to improve his skills he would still be younger than almost all the champions or contenders now.

Give Roman some time mother ****ers. Where was Joe Mesi at 23 or Lennox Lewis?

You think that he is FINALLY ready to step up to the next level.

Lennox Lewis had not even turned pro at Greenberg's age. Bernard Hopkins hadn't even gone to prison yet at his age.

Evander Holyfield had had only 1 pro fight!!!

If Greenberg doesn't get to Sam Peter's level in the next 5 years he could still be a champion.

The guy is fast, and it is obvious that at this point he is not working out very hard, and he jokes around in the ring.

If he comes into a fight without a gut, I could see him taking Sam Peter out now.

Remember untill he got caught with a very lucky punch, Jeremy Williams was outboxing Sam Peter.

....IMO this type of fight is what the heavyweight division needs. Talented guys taking a big risk in fighting each other. Wlad and Peter did it so hopefully it will become a trend. I would still rather see Peter fight Sultan though. I also agree that Peter/Briggs is a decent matchup too.

I have been watching Greenberg for awhile now, and I think he is ready to step up to a mid level guy. He is ****y yes, but there is nothing wrong with that. Greenberg's chin is solid and his hands are fast and he comes at you from different angles. I have been waiting to see how his career pans out, it's time he starts stepping up now.

Why in the hell would Peter pull out of that fight?

no ****. Peter needs to respond to briggs instead of calling out mid-level prospects.
