Um, he is ranked #2 at super middleweight, after fighting a 160 lbr, and winning an extremely debatable decision in a fight that was at Light Heavyweight?

Well the last thing he did was make a 160 lb fighter fight him at light heavyweight. So he was doing both: fighting a smaller guy and not in shape to make 160.

Bika has been beaten every time he stepped up against a top tier class opponent.
              Easiest belt out there.

Bika is fighting Anthony Dirrell, he may lose that fight. Would Chavez Jr fight Anthony Dirrell if he wins? Regardless, whether he fights Bika, Ant. Dirrell, both would be huge steps up from any one he's fought at MW except Martinez. And even then they are tougher because this is 168 now not 160.

I'd like to see JCC Jr give Vera a rematch at 168 though, beat him, then fight Bika/Dirrell winner, if he wins those two fights no one is going to say anything bad about him. Then he could fight Ward/Rodriguez or Froch/Groves.

Which is something that Chavez Jr isn't.

He's really only been beaten 3 times though.
