this geezer "ggg" can fight, its carl froch all the way.
ward a chicken, kessler finished, all the others are s4it and "the saint" just aint ready yet.(although im a massive fan of georgey groves) i somehow think he will get very badly hurt with carl in front of him.
        too early,
carl froch is also a ****er and since wayne mcculloch facked off, carl has the hardest chin in the sport forget about it.
could this geegee geezer be a genuine geezer?
forget martinez hes has lost a huge amount of credibilty by fighting i think three of our domestic level fighters in the last four outings.
i think he only got fed those guys because of what we did to the argies in 82.
        (no offence) lol

As much as I wanna GGG vs Sergio, I would rather see Cotto fight him. I'm a huge Cotto fan so I'm a lil bias. If the fight doesn't happen then a fight with Canelo is good too.

He'll get pot shotted all night looking for the ko. Speed kills.
Get real man. A high Chavez decided to throw his hands in the 12th and threw Sergio around like a ragdoll. Golovkin will destroy Sergio straight into retirement.

              Rigo-Donaire
              Trout-Alvarez

If Martinez defeats Cotto impressively and if Golovkin is indeed fighting Murray next, the stars will align perfectly where the fight has to happen and will. By the second half of 2014, it'll be a marketable PPV fight.
exactly what i was going to say, all this martinez is scared talk needs to stop, GGG just started making a name for himself.martinez fought his way to the top and now he calls the shots, GGG needs to waste away a couple more guys while martinez gets back on track, if sergio can come back full spring he can give GGG all he could handle. everyone saying GGG will wreck this guy and that guy need to remmeber the matthysse hype though GGG seems to be a much more rounded boxer than matthysse, but still, we need to see him in there with someone that can take it and give back, then we'll know what all he has in him

sergio only got knocked down once, and lets not forget he was moving around the ENTIRE fight!!!! he was injured, tired, not all the way stable by the 12th round. chavez did almost take him out but lets not act like its cus chavez decided to do it, martinez was mobile the whole fight and thats why chavez couldnt KO him. and even when chavez did rock him he got right back up and thew hands with him to finish no clinching no running none of that!

Martinez couldn't even beat Martin Murray, he was knocked down twice in that fight and even the Argentinian commentators had him losing. Golovkin is way better than Murray.

One year ago I would have taken Martinez for a shutout win, but now I don't know... I don't even truly believe that Martinez might be able to undertake a strong comeback into the ring... The way Sergio got so badly injured by Jr's knockdown says a lot.

I doubt his his legs could constantly move against that beast GGG. The way GGG cuts the ring off is a thing of beauty. Its like a lion cornering a gazelle. Sergio doesnt get good boy'ed like the rest of them, but I do think that when they fight, his age + injuries would leave him at a huge disadvantage.
