Golovkin shouldn't even mention Quillin, Golden Boy isn't getting their only stake at Middleweight sacrificed...

I really don't see anyone at 160 beating Golovkin, Martinez could present problems but can't see him staying on his feet for 12 rounds...

Struggled with stevens' handspeed? Seriously? I was at that fight and golovkin didn't struggle with anything stevens threw. He almost completely took away stevens' left hook. Stevens almost never got off first--the mark of somebody with superior handspeed. In fact, he tried to counter all night long. Stevens landed some nice straight rights but all a punch at a time. He was completely dominated. At most he won a minute of two different rounds. Struggled? Wow, that is just crazy.

You're just attempting to discredit his wins by saying he's fighting 'small guys' and it's as simple as that.

        Macklin - Obviously a middleweight
Ishida - Last 7 fights have been at middleweight - Obviously a middleweight
        Proska - Obviously a middleweight
Stevens - Has fought as high as LHW, who cares if he's short, he's suitable to MW, and has had acceptable success in doing so.
Lajuan Simon - Obviously a middleweight
Makoto Fuchigami - Obviously a middleweight

They're all Golovkins most recent fights, I deliberately ignored Rosado & Ouma, as you could make a case it's not very suited to them, however it's pretty clear from Gabriels performance against Quillin that he's become accustomed to MW quite well.

Essentially, you're saying because a fighter is an inch or two smaller than GGG he's not a legit MW contender, lol.
How many ways do I have to say it. I like the guy GGG but I want to see more compelling match ups from him. To me he is the best MW out there, and its not really even that close. I think he has p4p talent. Lets take the kid gloves off and start making the big fights. The man is almost 32 years old. The future for him is now. Froch and Ward are waiting. Whats a fight over Geale or some other MW going to prove? That hes the best MW out there. We already know that.

Do you think GGG is going to go to 168 without a fight actually set? When he has Martinez, Chavez and Quillin to still beat? Logic?
Ward called him out after he smashed Rosado and since then, all you hear is crickets coming from GG's camp. Don't make excuses for GG by stating he has unfinished business at MW. Nevertheless, GG will do the smart thing and remain at MW.

Lol, I know it's hard trying to convince GG's fans that he needs to step up his game. They wanna keep protecting him just like his handlers do.

Accept ward's challenge? And what challenge would that be? There isn't one. Golovkin has said he would fight ward and ward said essentially, maybe. Ward could not make that fight because he wouldn't pay enough. His next fight almost fell apart over money.

Seriously, statements like this reflect clear ignorance and bias.

I don't think Pete was ever in any real trouble in that fight. Gabe did very well, better than I expected, but he lost to the better fighter.
I agree. He opened a clean cut with a punch and won by tko while up clearly in the fight. Quillin v stevens would be an interesting fight. Like to see that one.

It's obvious that Quillin gets smoked by GGG and knows it. He's doing exactly this, hiding behind Showtime and GB. Gabe had him but blew it. GGG blew gabe out the water.

                      Jeeze your dumb as fk.

My quote was a direct reply to someone discrediting GGG's middleweight opponents, not me saying GGG shouldn't be going after big fights. I'm pretty sure it's obvious to everyone GGG is trying to clear out, or attempt to clear out 160 first.
