look............lamachenkos debut was not impressive. he came out blazing in the first round & then ran out of steam & got caught with some wack shots. his accuracy was also off. i remember him throwing a 5 punch combination and not landing even one shot..............(this was against a total bum in my opinion)

golovkin was fighting a c plus fighter last night and for 8 rounds stevens had that fight close (even with the knock down) golovkin looked in many of those rounds stiff, slow, & even lost at times (especially when the fight was in the center of the ring) when the fight was in the center of the ring golovkin couldn't do anything. when you can't make an adjustment to stop stevens from doing what he was doing in the center of the ring thats NOT the qualities of a p4p fighter. i wouldn't say he was exposed but it definitely wasn't this great performance that his nut huggers are trying to spin into. it was a c plus performance..............so what

now mexicans, Filipinos, europeans do the same exact thing that u accuse other posters of doing (if not even more) who gives a ****. how can you do the same exact thing that you b*tch about others doing. & then create a thread crying about how others do it.

So because you don't think someone is good as other people think you should just smile and nod~ there are flaws in Golovkin's game if you can;t see them that is not on the person talking about the issue it is about someone dismissing what someone else sees that isn't what you want the truth to be.

Golovkin is still a very good fighter who should do work at 160, I would favor over most guys off the top of my head, but I wouldn't make him as big of a favorite as most and if he loses to a top guy I won't be shocked.

I thought Golovkin was better than that to have the issues he did with a fringe guy like Stevens, that has nothing to do with race it has to do with the assessment of his abilities at the highest level.
