Yeah that fight against burton looked a little peculiar it looked at times Lazcano had his finger on the trigger but wouldnt pull. Later after the fight he said he wanted to drag it on a bit and do a workout but that may just have been fighter talk.

Yeah Lazcano - Hatton would be awesome (i would take lazcano) and a JLC rematch would be awesome also it could be called "do or die" because whoever looses gets no chances to the top ever almost guaranteed.

Im surprised Lazcano has seen so little action GBP doesnt seem to be helping him any.

Not alot...I was finding it hard to find things to post about for awhile because of all the Morales/Pacquiao stuff, but ****s getting better.

That has to make Burton feel like **** haha. "Yeah I was just trying to get a workout that's why I didn't knock him out earlier." That burns...

Yeah the JLC rematch would be a true fight fan pleaser. I wonder how many mid-level fights Lazcano will have to take at 140 before BGP will get him a big one.

LOL yeah cus GBP changed fighters on him at the last minute and didnt provide him a tape, it he was gonna fight for like 40,000 bucks or something like that too, so he scratched it and said they were being very unprofessional. And that he tried to talk to DLH cus he being a fighter would probably understand him but in the end DLH didnt know what to do.

To which DLH replied that Lazcano was scared of a nobody cus he didnt fight that one guy and that he guessed it was because of the tough fight against castillo.

To which Lazcano replied he didnt fight blindfolded and that he seen oscar fights so he'd fight Oscar DLH himself in a heartbeat.

Then DLH promotions took it out of proportions by calling the cops or authorities or something on Lazcano one time that he went to Las Vegas trying to talk to him. They said he wanted to beat him up or look for a fight or something.

Theyve since kissed and made up though lol.

Haha that's good stuff. I would have liked to see a Lazcano/Freitas matchup a couple of years ago too. That would have been an interesting bout.

This is a fight that 3 or 4 years ago may have been a contender for a fight of the year but now....hmmm I just dont know.

Tackie is a shell of himself-sure he takes a hell of a shot and I dont think he has ever been hurt but if you watch him he has aged long and hard over the past few years. He is a shell of himself and Lazcano should be able to bust Wonder Tackie up pretty good. (I would still bet this fight goes the distance)

Yeah I don't think Lazcano will be able to KO Tackie, unless BT has really just diminished that much. I guess I shouldn't say that though because I thought no one would ever knock out Morales either...

Tackie has had a pretty brutal life and career man. The beatings he took from Tszyu and Hatton didn't help him.

Same opinion here. I'm afraid Tackie's turned into a tune-up type of guy. This should go the distance, but I imagine it'll be a very one-sided decision, possibly even a shutout. Lazcano's very entertaining, so hopefully this will lead to a big fight... Cotto and Hatton both sound good to me.

HAve you seen Tackie vs. Teddy Reid?

Teddy Reid beat the living **** out of Tackie for 4 rounds-Reid gave him everything he had...after that Tackie brutally ko'd Reid-it was a great 5 round fight to watch!

Or his come from behind win over Garcia was easily his best win.
