I can't believe nobody here has said anything about this fight! Lazcano is a beast and looks even stronger at 140 than he was at 135...which is kind of scary. That JLC fight was insane man...it's like Castillo was just a step ahead of Lazcano at every facet of the game then.
Anyway, Tackie is a tough bastard so this should be a hell of a slugfest. I say Lazcano takes a UD over Tackie...I don't think Tackie has ever been stopped so I doubt that'll happen.
Anyone else? Runw/knives I know you got some love for the Hispanic Causing Panic...

I dont know man i think Juan lazcano is going to destroy tackie. At least Lazcano got a decent workout from Courtney Burton but it doesnt seem Tackie has been fighting seriously since his fight with hatton. Also i dont think anyone at 140 wants anything from lazcano which sucks cus the man is a force. I felt his fight with Castillo was one of the best that year if not the best.Comment

I saw some highlights of Lazcano/Burton and it looked like Lazcano was having a little trouble executing during the middle rounds. From what I read and watched it seems like Juan should have had Burton out of there earlier.
Anyway, yeah Lazcano is going to have trouble finding a big fight because he's so tough but doesn't wield much reward. A Lazcano/Hatton fight would be ****ing sweet. Or a JLC/Lazcano II fight.Comment

Yeah that fight against burton looked a little peculiar it looked at times Lazcano had his finger on the trigger but wouldnt pull. Later after the fight he said he wanted to drag it on a bit and do a workout but that may just have been fighter talk.
Yeah Lazcano - Hatton would be awesome (i would take lazcano) and a JLC rematch would be awesome also it could be called "do or die" because whoever looses gets no chances to the top ever almost guaranteed.
Im surprised Lazcano has seen so little action GBP doesnt seem to be helping him any.Comment
