Who else doesn't see Golovkins power moving up to 168 with him.

Curtis Stevens and Gabriel Rosado were able to stay on their feet and let their corner stop the fight . I dont see this guy hurting Ward, Kessler, and especially Froch. He'll be the smaller guy with the smaller reach in those fights, he'll have trouble.

No chance at all up there. MAYBE get a belt from Bika. That is the most success he can have from moving up. He needs to make a name for himself fighting no hopers until he is ready to cash out and retire

It's difficult to say. If you believe the stories, he had Sergey Kovalev backed up.

Tonight you would definitely question whether his power would carry up but then again Stevens has fought at light-heavy so who knows.

He should fight at MW though imo, plenty of opponents there.

people are now saying that golovkin doesn't beat ward (the same people who claimed he beat ward before tonight) but now the notion is that he beats most of the other guys at 168.....not true

the kessler that fought froch in their last fight would destroy the ggg that we saw tonight......(kessler is a million times the fighter that Stevenson will ever be) golovkin would get himself hurt at 168, it's a huge talent jump from the guys that he's use to fighting. (even bika would give him a run for his money.........

If i`m not mistaken,Anthony Dirrell is fighting Bika in December for his WBC belt, and there`s no doubt in my mind that Anthony beats Bika easily. And Anthony Dirrell would destroy GGG.GGG only chance at a belt would be Froch- which is no guarantee cause-Froch is bigger, stronger, have a iron chin and can punch.

Against the likes of Chavez Jr. he'd do well. Maybe have a few fights at most at super middleweight but I don't want Golovkin to stay at super middleweight because middleweight seems to be his natural weight.
