If its true I'm praying Cotto doesn't get hurt too bad cause Martinez is going to lay the beating on Cotto. Cotto should fight the ginger bastard first so he can cash an extra check

catchweight is weak sauce, even if martinez has always said that he'd fight at 154, or that he was a 154 guy fighting at 160.

Would be interesting to see what Martinez looks like at 157, I do actually think Cotto is a bit fresher at this point but he certainly is not a middle weight while Martinez is.

If Martinez can make the weight and be even close to himself he wins but if he continues down the same path as his last fight Cotto stands a real good chance.

Uh huh. I really like Cotto, however I know he cannot beat Martinez. Don't run.

You could bet all your points and it wouldn't hurt me too much. Cotto is going to be the MW king. I'm not running. Martinez is going to see what it's like to fight someone with a higher boxing IQ then himself.

Cotto may or may not have a higher boxing iq. But he doesn't have it physically to enforce them in this particular matchup.

I'm not sure Martinez does either anymore. Certainly not to the degree he did even a year ago.

Martinez doesnt have good boxing IQ. He displayed that in the 12th round vs Chavez jr when he tried to put the pressure on and go toe toe when he clearly won every round leading up to.

Yeah, however I don't consider it common sense to compare big, full fledged ,fresh, middleweights to an average welterweight, small jr middleweight and tiny, ****** middleweight.
