Adonis Stevenson was knocked out by clubfighter Boone and people said he did not belong in the ring with Dawson and we saw what happened there. It doesn't mean Stevens is going to win but history is littered with guys who lost to club fighters and went on to win titles in upsets.

Sure, but since then he's only KO'd bums in 1 round or struggled big time with other C-/D+ dudes like Findley (this year).

I know you always bring up this example, but Boone is an actual test for up an comers. Knocked down the smw king and I think kovalev. Stevens guy... He was on an epic losing streak

I **** you not, Chin Checkers were the hottest thing going when I was in high school. People that didn't even watch boxing knew who they were. I was such a big fan it truly crushed me when Jaidon got KO'd by Allan Green (who I hate to this day).
