Manny was never a B-side to Floyd contrary to what Floyd makes you all believe so don't let your love for Floyd cloud the facts and dilute your judgement. I will even go further to say that Manny earns his buys himself based on his popularity while Floyd relies on a popular b-side to earn his and at the end boast as though he did it on his own. The exact same reason why he is fighting Khan as oppose to the other worthy opponents. Just a lil food for thought.
I agree, the floyd khan fight would be made primarily because khan has an above average fan base that will boost ppv sales.

this isn't a manny v floyd thread. but just to be polite I will respond.

If manny sells less, which he does, he is the b side. Period. You have no idea why people buy boxing ppv's.

If manny has earned the right to turn down an offer then make sure you tell thuggery and shade darkar to blame him and hold him accountable.

Come on bro, that's not what it is. Floyd will be going on 6 and a half years without a ko by the time may comes. A fight with Khan would change that. Lol

While everyone is flapping their jaws and thinking Jr is perfect with no plan to beat the shoulder roll etc........

        then

watch how SRL KO'd Old man Mayweather

The main thing I saw was when Leonard pressed the action he would stop and make the old man COME to him.

No body does that with JR but NOBODY today is a Leonard either, Khan will be KO'd when he and JR fight, the only threat that is fast enough to make JR quit or get KO'd is PAC

When JR fights I nearly go to sleep, when Ruslan etc........ fight I am on the edge of my seat.

Triple G would find the answer and KO JR

No its not funny at all. It's a reflection of he and his team's concern about illegal drug use.

This isn't the thread topic, so Lets just focus on what we agree on.

floyd v khan is a crap fight that I hope isn't made. I would prefer to see floyd fight Sergio Martinez @ 160 or Tim Bradley@147, but that isn't doable becuase of boxing politics at the moment. Assuming a rios demolishing, I'd consider a pac @147 fight next but the same politics are involved.

After that-I'd be good with floyd v danny@147, but that doesn't look like its going to be made. Probably the best match would be floyd v lara@154 but I doubt SHowtime /CBS invests in that fight because Lara's lack of popularity surely hurts the profit margin
of course you are. well the fact is that he did, floyd refused 50/50 and NSAC testing because he wanted the extra drug tests aswell. pac turned the extra tests down, floyd turned the normal tests down that he was happy to do for every single fight before that. just like the 40 mil offer, arum said he would give floyd 50 mil in response to the joke offer of 40 mil. if you choose to forget these things then thats up to you, but dont pretend it didnt happen.

id be happy to see mayweather vs martinez at 160, martinez is there for the taking and floyd would be daft not to take the chance to win the middleweight title.

no interest in mayweather vs bradley at all. would rather mayweather vs broner to be honest.

no interest in lara for me, would be boring watching 2 chess match fighters. would rather floyd fought someone that is going to make it a fight and not a sparring session.

Khan is right, fight him at his own game. Use your speed.

Khan has a better chance than ANYONE at 147 to beat Floyd, that is a stone cold FACT.
You're right, because Mayweather has NEVER fought anyone with speed before. Zab, Corley, Mitchell, Mosley, Corrales, none of those guys were fast handed. LOL, sit down dude. You're saying outbox the boxer? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight

I read this guys post, he said "Khan is the only fighter at 147 that could beat Mayweather HANDS DOWN and that's a fact. These ******s really grind my gears. Khan's own trainer said he'd lose if he fought Mayweather.

The NSAC testing still would have been done after the fight, same as always. so it wasn't turned down. The urine testing they do in advance of a fight still would've been done. so he didn't turn it down. All he did was add extra blood testing. Semantics never works shade.

Yes Arum said he would give floyd $50 mil. This was after Manny turned down thw $40 mil no ppv offer. which is all I said-he turned it down.

If you're ok with Broner than you should be ok with Khan.

errr yes it was, he didnt want to just have NSAC testing, he wanted the extra tests aswell, when pac told him to get fcuked, let the commission do the job, he didnt want to do it.

and no, broner is a 3 weight undefeated champ, even if he is a complete nob, he is better than khan.
