I just don't think Khan deserves the shot at Floyd. His style would probably give Floyd more problems than anyone else, but I don't want to see it right now. I want to see Floyd in a 147 tounament to unify the division. All 3 of the other champions are young, skilled, and athletic and would be more competitive than any one else. For Khan to face Floyd, he needs a big impressive win over a very solid opponent.

He also got dropped, looked close to getting KO'd and ran for the rest of the fight. Not a good performance at all considering the opponent, certainly not a performance I'd expect someone to defend.

Watch Virgil Hunter in the corner in the second half of the fight, he looked lost. Like really unsure what to tell Khan, at one stage Khan asked if he was winning because Hunter wasn't saying anything. Awful performance.

Con is nowhere close to deserving it. But you know what? I CAN'T TAKE CONS HEADLINES AND CONSTANT talk of the fight anymore! It seems destined to happen so let's get it out of the way so con can only talk to himself from now on.

It doesn't hurt his legacy at all, but he isn't getting my PPV money with this one.

The funny thing with Kahn is, he hasn't earnt a shot at Mayweather, has a glass chin and has never fought at WW (despite the criminal #2 ranking by the WBC).

Having said that I think stylistically he gives Mayweather more problems than any other WW or JWW not named Pacquiao. He's the same height and has practically the same reach as Floyd not to mention great hand speed.

DOn't get me wrong no way he beats FLoyd but he does trouble him early, maybe similar to Judah but once May gets the timing down its a straight UD.

I won't believe it until Floyd himself is confirming it. If it happens, no way does Mayweather get a pass. It is the worst fight he'd have taken in a long, long time.

This is what Mayweather said himself. Then again we all know he contradicts himself 10,000 times and backtracks.

'If you deserve a chance against me then I will give you it but not because you are running your mouth off.
'I know Amir has been running his mouth off saying he wants to fight me but he wont earn a shot that way.
'If he works hard and proves he is worthy of a shot - that's when he will get his wish.'

Nope, no pass shall be given. I'm more concerned with "who's to blame" for the fight.

I can see it now, Floyd and his fans acting like they're surprised Khan got the fight. Acting like Floyd was forced into fighting him. Acting like Floyd is doing the sport a favor by "stepping up to the plate".

With that said given his losses and weak chin makes him one of the worst Mayweather opponents yet. Does he get a pass since he fought Canelo in his previous fight?
