Anyone else think Khan looks worst with virgil?

To me he seems like hes specially feather fisted and not as exiting , he still makes the same mistakes defensively he always made, only now he throws less so i guess they figure the less he throws the least likely hell get caught.

It's just that he has a weaker chin now.

Bit too early to tell, but he certainly hasn't improved. He was a whisker away from being KO'd by light hitting Diaz but managed to use his feet to buy time and survive. Is that progress? I guess some would argue it is, but then I thought he displayed far greater resilience and footwork in the Maidana fight against a genuinely monstrous puncher.

Personally I don't know why he left Roach. I thought he was unlucky against Peterson, it could have gone either way... plus the guy was cheating... And he was schooling Garcia till he got greedy and walked onto that overhand counter. Were those defeats Roach's fault?

I see a lot of second guessing with Khan, under Virgil Hunter. There's a lot of hesitation, and because of that I think it's why he gets hit way more.

It looks to me like he's thinking too much now instead of just fighting naturally. That can be very dangerous. I think he's set in his ways and getting a new trainer defeats the point. Hill is trying to change up his style, but its that style that made him effective.Where he was a very good fighter with a glass chin, now he's becoming an average fighter with a glass chin. He will never be an elite fighter. Hill is taking away the tools that would possibly get him an upset against someone like Mayweather. Khan has to throw a lot of punches and move around the ring. That's what got him to where he is now. To make him slow down and become a thinking fighter takes away from his strengths.

Ami also had some good sparring partners when he was with Roach. Does anybody know the quality of sparring partners he has with ****** Hunter?
