    Broner @ 147

I think it's safe to say Broner splits opinion on here. Some rate him highly on the P4P list..others think hes nothing special or indeed overrated at this stage in his career.

So looking at the Welterweight division, how does Broner fare against these guys.

    Bradley
    JMM
    Brook
    Alexander
    Guerrero
    Thurman
    Khan

    and not forgetting...Maidana

Potentially some good fights there IMO.

After his KO defeat in his next fight, it might humble him a bit and we might see a better person and a better fighter who takes the sport more seriously.

A fight with any of those guys would be incredible. I think he beats JMM by TKO at this stage. I feel that Bradley and Alexander might have a little too much experience for him right now. It would be a war between him and Thurman. That's a toss up fight. Khan could outpoint him because Broner hasn't shown the foot work to keep up with him. But if he turned up the heat on Khan, he could get the late round KO. I also think it would be very entertaining to see Broner fight Shawn Porter. Both are young and fast and skilled.

The only guy on your list he can beat is Khan and that's a 50/50 fight.

Okay he beat the weakest champion at WW and didn't look that good in the process. I reserve judgement on how he will do at WW until he fights someone with pop. He got tagged a lot by Malignaggi.

I need to see one more fight to be sure but as of now.

              Bradley not really sure
              JMM < Broner
              Brook < Broner
              Alexander < Broner
              Guerrero < Broner
              Thurman = Broner
Khan vs Broner is interesting..if Khan moves he may have a chance

I wouldn't bet on it. They're not going to let Thurman destroy the money.

Anyone who struggles like he did with the version of Pauli he fought is simply not that good in general.

I don't see him having much success at this weight I doubt he stays there long.

Bradley - I think Broner can beat Bradley on paper... But Bradley knows how to fight the right style for the right opponent so it'll be interesting

JMM - It depends on his footwork and how hard JMM really hits when he's not fighting Pacquiao. I'd give it to JMM if he hadn't just lost to Bradley... As of right now, IDK

If he can't beat Brook... Smh

Alexander - Wow, that's interesting... He's not that hard to figure out, but I'd like to see flat-footed Broner catch Alexander... I'd give it to Broner

As long as Guerrero fights smart, he should win... He should stay away from the inside, he needs to box from the outside and he should get the victory

Thurman - The jury's still out, but I want to give it to Thurman cause he's got size, speed, and power on his side

Khan - he could beat Broner, he just better watch out for left hooks...

Shit he actually matches up pretty well against these guys
