Lol... Mayweather is so boss that the Mexican himself can't fight on Mexican holidays.

And all these people claiming all the buys for The One were cause of Canelo we'll see next year how true that is.

My guess is he won't make it to a mil. Lucky if he makes 700k.

Looks like you beat me to it. Hah

Well, with so many PPVs in one year what do you think people will do? They will just stream and numbers will fail.

And none of those fights are PPV worthy.

Unless Alvaez fights Cotto, Martinez and Golovkin, those fights will bomb on PPV.

The B-Side is just as important as the A-side..you can fill your mouths with criticisms over people stating the obvious but there is a reason that the Mayweather vs Guerrero buy numbers are still obfuscated this long. The way some people here make it seem it's almost like Floyd could show up and shadowbox nobody for 12 rounds and sell a million ppv's which is clearly not true. The opponent is just as important at this star at this level of money and promotional budgets. I dig Floyd but as he himself has stated "People aren't watching to see me win, they tune in to see if I lose"..I.E. meaning people's interest is on what kind of performance his opponent can put up against him...everyone is aware of what Floyd has done and can do.

Well I prefer it this way. I'd rather them keep their budget open then blow it all on 3 mismatches and/or rigged Texas fights.
