At least they will probably be good cards and Canelo will likely be fighting real guys.
I thought his next fight might just be a get back on the horse kind of affair against a decent but highly beatable guy on regular Showtime but they seem to be taking the tougher road.
Plus will they all be on PPV if he loses the first one~
I'm curious to see how much those ppv numbers will flunk. Not all of them will be record breaking, let's see Canelo's so called drawing power without Floyd.
If Canelo is taking these dates and floyd does the 2 big Mexican holidays as planned, thats 4big boxing weekends (not july 26) taken already. Seems a little premature to secure dates this far in advance.
So for 2014 we have 3 Canelo PPVS, 2 Mayweather PPVS, two Pacquiao PPVS, one Cotto PPV and possibly a PPV of Chavez Jr or Marquez and a Broner PPV. That's just crazy..

Anyways I'm glad to see that he will be more active. He's too young to already be fighting only twice per year.
lmao, at apologizing for GBP/canelo/Showtime for this.
Cotto is gonna murk this boy(but shafter will have to go through arum/top rank to get the fight says Cotto), Martinez fight will probably be close cause he's getting old, a toss up imo....Mayweather embarassed the hell outta him, so whos left? Oh thats right, Molina, Lara(garbage fights not worth ppv $) and maybe Angulo(would be a good scrap)...But 3 ppvs? I dont think itll happen. And we can see that he's not fighting on 2 of the biggest dates of the year(Cinco and Diez y seis), i guess Mayweather pulled his trump card?!?!?!?!

Not apologizing its the truth. I don't subscribe to ShowTime to watch Canelo fight welterweights or in Texas with open scoring and the scorecards already filled out. Put that **** on PPV so his die hards can watch those BS mismatches.
