You are implying many people hyping up GGG to win ag. Ward? You've got a wrong impression. There aren't many. Quite a few people believe he'll cause problems to Ward, some fans like Mexico believe he can KO Ward, but not many.

Saying that Andre hasn't been in with a guy like Golovkin is a diss as you're disregarding the fact that GGG hasn't been in the ring with a guy that's even half the caliber of an Andre Ward. Hell, GGG arguably isn't as good as some of the guys that Andre put beatings on. I don't think there is any bias in the truth.
Again, you measure GGG by his resume, which is thin in pros, we can agree on that. However, in my post I was referring to the level of skills which is not necessarily tied to the resume in pros. I even showed you the example: level of skills that Ward possessed before the Super Six even with his thin resume helped him to win the tournament. I will show another example: I see Rigo as one of your current favorite fighters. If you rated him on the level of opposition before Donaire fight, he used to be not "as good as some of the guys that [Nonito] put beatings on".
In both above examples the skills derive from their brilliant amateur experience, the same can be used as an argument for Golovkin with his 345-5.

For me saying that GGG is untested at the elite level, it's not speculation, it's a fact.
Truth. I agree with this. he's tested but not on an elite level.

I agree that he's talented, I agree that he's skilled, I agree that he can punch, and I also agree that his amatuer background (which his fans gloat about more than they do his professional career) is impressive.
    We agree on this too.

But to say that beating guys like Ouma, Rosado and ishida means that he can beat the P4P best fighters in the world, it's outrageous.
It's not outrageous - it's just an opinion. If you base it on resumes, then that same opinions that Ward will win the Super6 and Rigo will beat Donaire were "outrageous" as well.

Quite a few in the thread apparently. Their whole argument is some random people on the internet over hyped GGG so now they cant stand GGG personally as a fighter and want to see him lose.

Again, I for one needed to see more of Ward before I concluded that he was the best in the tournament. I also said that the Rigo/Donaire fight was a toss up, because Donaire was the more established champion, a proven fighter and a top 4 P4P Fighter. I recognized that Rigo had the skills to trouble Donaire but considering that he had not displayed those skills on a fighter as good as Donaire left the door open for an interesting fight that would answer many questions. No one is saying that you can not recognize talent. But to say guy's that haven't proven anything automatically beat the best fighters in the world today is crazy. How would I look if I said that Errol Spence could unquestionably beat Manny Pacquiao? It sounds out right ridiculous as I have nothing to back that claim up other than Errol's performances against subway sandwhich makers. My main point is this, NSB is a backwards forum. We praise those who have given us nothing and diminish those that have left no stone unturned. Have some respect for the guy's who have proven themselves. If you believe GGG can give Ward, Sergio, or Floyd a good fight no problem, I agree with that. But to say that he can knock these guys out is disrespectful to the men that put in the work. It's like ranking LeBron higher than Kobe on all time scale. LeBron has much more to do before we can conclude that. GGG has much more to do before we can definitively say he is the best. If that makes me a hater, I'll be that. But this is boxing, you've got to prove you're the best, I'm not one of these fans that's going to grant you status when you haven't done anything.

Once again, if you're not jumping on the band wagon then it's assumed you hate him. I haven't seen him beat a legit opponent yet so I'll reserve my opinion for when he does.

I like to watch the dude fight, love the way he rips the body, like all fighters we'll find out the truth as he steps up in competition.

People can sense this ****. It's one thing to not be on the band wagon, but the other thing is to be dismissive to him. In other words I hear from many so-called "haters" that Ward/Floyd/Martinez will school Golovkin in a dismissive condescending tone instead of just questioning whether he possesses the assets to beat the afore-mentioned guys or stating something like let's wait and see. There is no disrespect to those guys if someone thinks Golovkin will beat them, i.e. you can respect Ward more than Golovkin based on what he's achieved but still think Golovkin will beat him - no need to attach emotions to what's possible.
