It is simple, because he is hyped. You find any hyped fighter in these boards, and you will find a band of haters who will look for anything to say to knock them down a few pegs.

It is funny because many state his resume as the reason. They are lies. Many still try to knock down Floyd's and Manny's resumes daily in here.

I like Golovkin and will still like him if he loses. He has an amazing, technically agressive style. I dont care if he wins or loses. All I know is I will tune in every time he fights. Same goes with Stevens, how can anyone not like his style of fighting? He goes in there trying to take a guys head off.

I am looking forward to the fight this weekend. I expect Stevens to crumble, but with the snap to his punches, anything can happen.

Every time somebody questions the quality of opposition, fans say haters. I like GGG alot but I still say he is relatively untested. In time that won't be the case but most fans jump on a fighter's band wagon long before it happens.
