As long as Wilder's massive body stays on that chicken legs he has no chances in winning against a top fighter.

No way -- Wilder has no legs underneath. He can't wrestle...

I agree, it will be a very difficult for Wilder as Stiverne is a good fighter but Wilder has a decent jab and unimaginable power. His right hand seems to hurt opponents at will, it really is one of the most dangerous weapons in current boxing. Whether or not he can get past Stiverne, who can **** himself is a different question.

But it's nice to see some ambition from Golden Boy, a Waldimir v Wilder fight makes perfect sense some time next year.

It would be a travesty if Wilder fought for the vacant title without ever having faced anyone in the top 30, leap-frogging other, much more deserving contenders who have already been kept waiting far too long for their shot.
We know that money talks, but that would be just too much, and very bad for the reputation of boxing.
And we all know what would happen if Wilder got lucky and actually beat Stiverne - he would go back to knocking out bums and journeymen, but those blatent mismatches would then be world heavyweight title fights.
"The richest prize in sport" would become a freak show and a laughing stock.
