I see what your saying but I do not know if I could say the momentum was necessarily shifting. I noticed Kid got more aggressive YES. However, they let the fight continue and other how much longer after the cut? A minute??? I don't think there was anything significant landing from Kid after the cut to make that statement.

Yes he did in the opening seconds and that's why the ref stop the fight and call for the doc, I'll had let him finish the round but he would had not going the distance, the cut was that bad, it was a punch so Quillin deserve the win, a rematch I'll love to see.

bad break for Rosado -- might have been 1-2 points behind at most but was coming on and definitely SHOULD have been in a position to win the fight with a late charge -- Quillen was really backpedaling and becoming much more defensive while taking some big shots from Rosado -- hated to see it but the doctor had to stop the fight -- was a terrible open wound that could have gotten really serious if the fight continued -- Quillen didn't look like anything special -- a rematch is in order but doubt the Quillen's people will go for it -- the judges' cards were horrible, as it they were only watching Quillen and ignoring what Rosado was doing....

My thoughts exactly. Peter was up by a round or two- three at most. The stoppage was absolutely warranted. It may not have been bleeding profusely, but it was so wide and gaping that additional shots could have easily caused permanent nerve and muscle tissue damage that would threaten his career. I'd like to see a rematch when Gabe is healed. I'd be pissed at the cards if I were him too. That being said, Quillin looked good.

That's complete BS. I am a huge Peter Quillin fan, I saw his first ten fights and more than half the others live, and have enjoyed seeing him develop as a fighter. I thought Rosado looked brave but overmatched against GGG, so I wasn't expecting much on Saturday night. In other words I'm biased in Kid Chocolate's favor.

I thought Peter was ahead by one point at the time of the stoppage and that he was in real danger of being beaten. I thought that the stoppage was premature as Rosado was giving as good as he got and he much more than a fighter's chance, even with the cut. It would be a different matter if he was fighting with one eye, as he did against GGG.

The scoring was disgraceful and it embarrasses me to see the sport I love condone such sleaziness. Both fighters acted like professionals and have nothing to be ashamed of.

Agree on the cards but hated the stoppage. Its virtually impossible but there needs to be consistency with stopping fights. I don't think they stop it in another situation.

I wasn't a hard fight to score. I thought Quillin won the first three rounds but after that it was all Rosado.

I do think it's important fighters know what they're up against though. It would have been career suicide for Khan to take the Alexander shot before a potential Mayweather fight as he would never have won on the cards.
