Typical NSB logic. If the guy isn't a top fighter he's a bum. Is Murat world class? Nope. He is a durable, tough opponent though.

Guys that Wilder and Russell jr fight are bums. Murat was a contender. He's above journeyman status. Decent win for Hopkins as his first title defense at his age. Great win? Nope, but decent and it was great for the fans to see put on a show 25 years after making his debut at the same venue. Remarkable stuff.

I'm sorry, I don't see where I've happened to have made that specific distinction between "Top fighter" and "Bum" and how they are side by the side on the level graph.

I mean, he's not the lowest of the lowest level bum like the guy Wilder was fighting but the guy is a bum none the less.

He's clearly an absolutely terrible fighter. The guy doesn't have an impressive win on his record and was dominated by a guy who's a decent level contender at best who got hold of a vacant paper title.

I guess only in the World you live in beating Murat is not only considered a decent win but also remarkable.

In reality it's worthless. Really shouldn't even be considered a title defence.

That was some of the most obvious bias and it was surprising from Smoger. I usually never have a complaint when he refs.

Last night was a bad one for Smoger.

He's still one of the top ref's in the game at the moment.

What piss me off was the fact that Murat let smoger get away with it. Murat should if stood his ground.

I think he let the fouls and Murat not listening to him get him and culminated in the final bell when Murat was purposefully head bashing Bernard he grabbed his face and pushed him away. I actually thought that was beautiful but even if a fighter pisses you off you shouldn't favor the other guy so obviously as a ref you're supposed to be neutral.
