The last time I saw Pacquaio he didn't appear to have slown down. He appeared to have come to a complete stop, outside of that lil twitching he was doing laying there.

What I am concerned about is his confidence, I think the biggest factor that dictates his future success is all around confidence, if he gets gunshy he might as well retire.
It is the psychological impact it has- ah I see the last part of your post. I agree.

It's been nearly a year since Pacquiao was KO'd. He's had plenty of time to rest and recover. I think he'll show up to the Rios fight very sharp.

I'm glad to hear Manny is fully focused on this fight instead of looking ahead. It's always a bad sign when a fighter with a match lined up starts talking about who he will be fighting next. I'll always remember Victor Ortiz sleeping on Josecito Lopez because he was so focused on fighting Canelo Alvarez afterward.

Pac getting KO'd by a PED version of Marquez is the perfect excuse for Floyd never fight Pacquiao. Plain and simple.

The slim chance the Floyd-Pac fight ever happens, it will just be another payday for two soon to be retired future hall of famers. The winner wouldn't really matter. It will be nothing like it could've been back in 2009-2010. Floyd would really have to need the payday to risk his "0" at this point.

People need to get the "Pac will not be the same" theory. He was knocked out cold early in his career as well. Roberto Duran got knocked cold face first vs Tommy Hearns and went on to a very successful career after that including beating the man who beat Hearns twice in Iran Barkley.

how does oxygen get cut off to your brain? You do realize fighters still breath when they're knocked unconscious...right?

Only a dumb Mexican fan would accuse Pacquiao and NOT Marquez of PEDs. Stubborn.

Both are suspect. The only difference is the evidence against JMM is more compelling than all the other fighters in the sport. This isn't new knowledge, yet too many stubborn Mexican fans and Pac haters refuse to admit it.

Marquez deserved to lose against Bradley on principle alone. He made himself look even worse by claiming he now has "6 robberies" on his record.

Makes me wish for the days of true Mexican heroes like Barrera, Morales and Chavez Sr.
