What I am concerned about is his confidence, I think the biggest factor that dictates his future success is all around confidence, if he gets gunshy he might as well retire.
I agree about needing to see where Pac's confidence is. Maybe its only me. But, IMO over his last three or so fight appears to have started feeling himself a bit. I don't think he took the third fight with JMM seriously at all. Then you had the foolishnss the night of the Bradley fight where he refused to to fight until after the basketbal game was over. So the KO against JMM could do one of two things. It could either light a fire under Pac. Or it could shatter his confidence that he can no longer BS his way through training asnd still be great.

Yeah that was kind of odd.

Then in the fight against Tim, Manny didn't really try that hard. He never really opened up, and although he clearly won probably 8 rounds... because he wasn't as aggressive as normal he left the decision up to the judges.

Of course, its all Floyd's fault. Nevermind that 100% of the boxing community is fully aware that GBP and Top Rank aren't gonna work together. And Pac ultimately killed any possibility of the fight happening by resigning with Arum. None of that matters. Its all on Floyd.

First of all, I don't feel that Pac "clearly won 8rds." I thought he won thefight. But there were several close rounds.

As for Pac's "lack of aggression", Timmy was doing lil sudle things that kept Pac from just swarming him. And he also made Pac miss a lot, and at times countered him effectively. And throughout his career, when he's countered effectively, Pac's punch output goes down. At times drmatically.

not true, when you get knocked out, your brain stem is still operational. The brain stem regulates heart and respiration rhythm which means the heart still beats, the lungs still inhale air, thus delivering blood and oxygen to every part of the body.

Brain cell damage from concussion mainly arise from ion imbalance due to ligand mediated channels that are forced open when they are supposed to being closed. This causes excitation and a greater glucose demand on the cell, all the while blood glucose levels drop. But this kind of damage is inflicted on nearly every pro fighter, not just pacquaio

The only thing he should be surprised about is how he won the other two fights.
