At your age BHop, you should know it all about the "W", let them young fighters go for the KO's to make a name for themselves.

      Lady...
... Sometimes "clinches" are the only suspense creators into a fight... I remember Ward... I remember the last Wlad's fight -- he clinched nine times in the first minute only (this is one clinch every 6 seconds)... And I suddenly became attentive in order to see how far he can go -- he went all the way... And the ref did the same... I was captivating...

man...is this what its come too. look at these odds! you gotta be nuts to pay to see this one sided circus. excerpts from another article: Hopkins, or “The Alien” as he wants to be called now, is -600 to -1000 at various online sportsbooks, while Murat is +400 to +600. Perhaps a more interesting line, with the 48-year-old Hopkins talking knockout in his prefight comments (despite no KOs since 2004), is “Hopkins to win by KO, TKO or Disqualification,” which would pay +500 if he stops Murat early. Also on that card, WBO middleweight champion Peter Quillin is -700 to -1200 to retain his belt against Gabriel Rosado (+450 to +600), and Deontay Wilder is favored by as much as -10000 at one book and more commonly -3300. Wilder (29-0, 29 KOs) to win by “KO, TKO or Disqualification” is -1200 at best, and if he goes the full rounds for the first time commonly +1000. Firtha to win? As much as +2300 but +1000 to +1400 most places.

You'd think he would considering he's fighting a bum.

          But he still won't.

            Karo Murat last fight, 06/2012

1 1/2 year layoff for Karo Murat, so Bernard Hopkins wants to knock him out. Maybe Hopkins should try and knock out a real fighter name Stevenson who doesn't have no layoffs.

Hopkins looks like all skin and bones these days. They say that power is the last thing to go on a fighter, but it's already went away from Hopkins. All that's left is as-good-as-it-gets conditioning for a 48 year old, and clever, strategic and conservative defense/offense ratio.

The only way he does get a KO if he sneaks one of the best counter punches in there and Murat doesn't see it at all. And even then he wouldn't KO him clean and an aggressive finish would be required.

Should've been taken off the rankings after a year

Hopkins is starting to really really look his age now, if he gets a KO that includes a real KO, knocks him down and Murat can't continue/get up, I will be shocked.

I mean hey, maybe Danny showed him the ways of the GARSH

This could of been Kovalev fighting in Mu**** place right now. Showtime/GBP rejected it.
