Floyd has always been the reason the fight never happened.
There's even a video on youtube about it.
    He's scared for his health.
Every time Pacquiao jumped one road block, May put up another.
Admit it or not. It's the truth.

Really? I thought that it was because it took Pacquiao four years (and a Marquez right hand) to realise that random testing (doing it, not paying it lip service) is good for boxing.

The fight with Rios is intriguing just to see how Pacquiao is mentally (I think he'll be fine as he's a tough, tough guy). I don't see Rios causing too many problems as he just doesn't have the style.

Yea nice try, Pacquiao agreed to testing like 2+ years ago when the fight was still the biggest in boxing and Mayweather was still with HBO. The Floyd put up a money road block even though Pac was P4P#1 at the time.

Keep taking up for the ducker who has indirectly admitted to it. It makes you seem utterly intelligent.

Cut the ****. It's almost 2014. No REASONABLE person blames Pac for that fight not happening when it should have.

When did Pacquiao actually take ANY random blood testing between then and his upcoming fight? Saying it isn't the same as doing it. He NOW says it's good for boxing. Why wasn't it good for boxing before? When all he had to do was sign a contract with 50/50 on the table, why was testing not good for boxing then? We all know it was/is but Pacquiao didn't give a stuff. Two of Pacquiao's opponents have been implicated in PEDs since then (Mosely and Marquez) and they were prepared to submit to random blood testing. Why didn't Pacquiao do it then if it's good for boxing (Pacquiao's words, remember)? Saying in interviews means nothing if you don't sign when it matters or only partake after you get laid out like cheap carpet.

The answer is simple: Manny took VADA random testing only for this upcoming Rios fight.
                It's of common knowledge.

If Manny's on steroids and not just in shape, I'd be stunned. Same goes for JMM, Mayweather, etc. None of them do anything that's out of the realm of possibility for fighting athletes who are in awesome shape.

I'd seriously be surprised if any of them ever popped on a test for anything.

Exactly. And apparently it's for the good of boxing. Even though Pacquiao's had multiple opportunities to do more than "agree" to random testing, nothing's compelled him to actaully do it until now. I wonder if they agreed cut off dates for it?

Please cut the crap. Tell me who it was who initially agreed to random testing then backed out at the last minute with excuses. The fight was basically made in 2010. Everything was agreed upon and then random testing is no longer acceptable. That is straight facts right there. It wasn't Floyd who pulled out, it was manny and team PAC even though they knew about random testing for quite some time and roach initially said they wouldn't have an issue with it.
