Someone needs to tell Arum that the people around Pac (including him) are the ones robbing him and not the IRS.

It wasn't a problem before, but suddenly taxes becomes an issue?

Don't be dense. The main point isn't that Manny's saving on his taxes. That's one of the key ingredients. The main point is, boxing branches out to different areas other than the U.S. More money for fighters abroad, and might not have to be huge hits in the U.S. to get paid.

There's a reason why he brought up the part about the Russians paying $23 million to put on a HW bout. That means more revenue streams for fighters and of course, himself.

Relying on the dieng U.S. boxing $ is ******.

... Does Arum want to say that Manny would fight Provodnikov in Moscow, for the right purse?

You don't want to know how many Dollars and Euros are in the Chinese banks... You really don't want to know.

He's right, theres lots of big money to be made from markets outside the US.
I think we will see more fighters doing it before to long. Probably not immediately though...which could diminish Pacquiao's options for his next opponent after Rios.
