I wonder how much money Bob lost on his special stadium he was building for Pac in Vegas...

Will he start to build one elsewhere now? I was really looking forward to seeing it complete. He said he needed more time. Hopefully he will finish it one day.

that's beside the point. let them hand pacquiao 20 million in chinese renminbi instead of us dollars and see how quick his attitude changes about us taxes.

Next month he will battle Brandon Rios, who moves up from junior welterweight to take the fight. Pacquiao's decision to stage his next fight overseas was motivated by the heavy taxation that he faces when fighting in the United States.

"The one thing we had going for us, you have to remember, is the tremendous savings, as far as Manny Pacquiao is concerned, is he doesn’t have to pay U.S. taxes at 39.6%, so any arithmetic that we did, how well we would do or how well we wouldn’t do, had to take into account the enormous tax savings. As far as Brandon Rios is concerned, we are American citizens and we have to pay taxes on our share of the money. For Manny it makes an enormous difference," Arum said.

This is like the Pride situation in MMA, only in reverse. Take him out to where its less regulated, help his winning streak and marketability and rake in the cash. I cant really think of any other reason to take him out of USA altogether. The guy just got KTFO and now you want to take him on an overseas tour? Kinda fishy there Bob.
