He's fighting b-c level opponents still and he's talking about a title shot in 2014? Fight and beat someone will a pulse and then you can talk about a title shot

          Pretty much.

I think it would be a minor modern miracle if a Fury-Wilder fight went the distance. One of those big trees is going down.

People saying fury was almost stoppedby a cruiserweight....

Wilder WAS stopped by a cruiserweight, in the amateurs he got hit on the chin and went down like he was having a seizure.

I've not seen him hit on the chin in the pros yet, but when you are violently one shotted by a midget, whilst wearing a headgear it doesn't bode well

I completely disagree with the way this guys career has been managed from day one. They are looking to hype him up and cash him out, and if theyre not, theyre simply incompetent.

He needs to be fighting guys that can give him rounds, not 1rd KOs that will impress only the uninformed. When it's time to step up, he won't be ready, and it's a shame because he has the tools to be a champion.

Fury has been decked twice. Both times caught square on by overhand rights. Both times, he got up with his head clear and took the fight straight to his opponent.
Ali was also decked twice early in his career, once by Henry Cooper, who actually weighed in just a couple of ounces over the lightheavyweight limit for that fight. There was no such thing as cruiserweight back then.
Any boxer can be decked if they are hit flush, especially heavyweights. It's what happens afterwards that tells you if they have a chin or not.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNtTKcj2Fos 16:40+, what do you think would have happened if Wilder or Fury would have eaten a punch like that? I think that Fury would have gone down but come back with a style. Not sure about Wilder, based on what happened to him in the amateurs maybe that would have exposed him. Never know though...

I like wilder. Would love to see him take on the bigger names of the division. Fury would be a great fight.
