Tim is not sign to bob for life. Tim could have said maybe a few years we can make this fight happen but instead Tim didn't even seem interested.

He's still under contract with TR. He has to play his cards right and pretend to be loyal to TR for years to come, but he's definitely not ruling out the Floyd fight once he fulfill his contract.
