Yeah I heard that Brooklyn/New York has a pretty big Russian/EE population so I'm expecting the crowd to be electric. The Alvarado-Prov crowd was awesome as well.

Imagine Stevens actually pulls off the upset, with all the trash talking he has done, that would be a huge up. Pre-fight trash-talking+KO upset=instant boxing star. I doubt it, but Stevens can punch, and Golovkin can be hit.

Stevens has the best post fight interviews. I wonder if he will have some sound effects after GGG knocks his @ss out

Brooklyn has a very large Russian / EE population (as well as Queens). GGG is not going to be facing a hostile crowd. He will have plenty of supporters at MSG.

I imagine both guys will have plenty of supporters. Is Curtis well known in Brooklyn?

I don't mind Stevens but I found it cringey post Roman KO.

Outside of boxing fans no. I wouldn't be surprised at all if more Russians / EE (who aren't boxing fans) know of GGG than the avg black person living here knows Stevens. The black population isn't monolith. A large percentage of the black population is West Indian (who often don't identify with American blacks) and there is a fairly significant amount of West African immigrants. (Senegal, Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire, etc...) who also will not particularly identify with Stevens.
