Ariza said in this article that Pacquiao hasn't been tested so why should we believe you over Ariza? You don't know if Pacquiao has been tested but rather speculating. To me, this is suspect considering Manny was the one who requested it. We live in 2013 where he could for sure be tested in the Philippines ALSO why in the hell would Manny know when he will be tested? It's supposed to be RANDOM.

I don't think, nor have I ever thought Pac was doing anything illegal. But his handling of the whole PED stuff the last 4-5yrs wasn't a good look and gave plenty ammo to those who think he's suspect.
