Little Wessie is at it again, just can't keep away when slagging Pacquiao is going on. I don't think that anybody SANE, is doubting that pacquiao ia also undergoing testing. Even a quarter-brain (like some I read here) must have known that Macau is only a 2 hour flight from the Philippines and that MannyP almost certainly won't be in China until probably the week of the fight, or a few days before.

Nobody of MannyP's international stature would allow that his opponent would be tested without he himself also. Especially since it would be done at his request. And I don't think that it could legally happen even if it was contractual. Only a rabid (as in hydrophobia) Maywater-skunk, would think so. Or even if he didn't, would stir up the drek to cause BoxingScene poster frenzy.

Ariza said in this article that Pacquiao hasn't been tested so why should we believe you over Ariza? You don't know if Pacquiao has been tested but rather speculating. To me, this is suspect considering Manny was the one who requested it. We live in 2013 where he could for sure be tested in the Philippines ALSO why in the hell would Manny know when he will be tested? It's supposed to be RANDOM.

Huh? Why would Goodman, President of VADA, who was always for drug testing defend Pacquiao? I don't even remember her defending Pacquiao. Do you have a source for this "defense"?

I`m not going on a wild goose chase.Just Google Margaret Goodmen`s comments regarding Floyd asking Pacquiao for random testing.

Ariza is an idiot! Here's an article from "The Ring" came out today Oct 23, 2013:

Margaret Goodman, founder of The Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA), said that Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios have been randomly tested by VADA as contractually agreed upon in advance of their 147-pound clash in Macau on Nov. 23 (Nov. 24 in China).

"I confirm that both fighters have been tested by VADA. The results that we get go directly to the fighter, or to whomever he designates from his camp. They go to the promoter, which is obviously Top Rank, the China Commission, and it goes to the Association of Boxing Commissions," said Goodman.

"So we don't release results to the public. The fighter can release results to the public at any time. Any other details regarding testing or results will have to come directly from the fighters' camps, the promoter, the ABC or the China commission."

Top Rank is using VADA for the third time, having employed the organization in March for WBO welterweight titleholder Tim Bradley's victory over Ruslan Provodnikov, as well as April's unanimous decision by RING, WBA and WBO titleholder Guillermo Rigondeaux over Nonito Donaire.

I did. I couldn't find anything. You're just making stuff up. All I found are her remarks stating that the current testing protocols by the various state commissions are "behind the times" and that it must be changed.
