i think thats good for pacquiao. i always felt real food beats a shake any day of the week. i sometimes drink shakes myself but just out of convenience, a good meal is always a better option so pacquiao having a personal chef thats a good call.

Completely ditching protein shakes alltogether as a result of Ariza leaving is way over the top.
There's no benefit to doing that imo, just reduce it to one a day. It's a convenient way to get some protein in the system without having to constantly spend time eating.
I know jokes are made of Ariza but I don't think he had dodgy stuff going on, and Pac was at some of his best when he was most adhering to what Ariza had him doing. To move even further away from that still is amatuerish.

Pacquiao can easily meat his protein needs with beef, chicken or fish or even cottage cheese. A pound of beef, fish or chicken has over 100 grams of protein. It sounds like Pacquiao eats a few pounds of these foods daily so he is getting a few hundred grams of protein a day which is more than his body needs anyway.Look at Bradley,s build and he trains on a strict vegetarian diet.
