    Levels

Rios is a great fighter, courage, toughness, etc, he just isn't on a level close to where Pacquiao is. Rios will give it his all, but Manny will win the fight.

And since its his first time fighting at the weight it could be a valid excuse. Maybe next time Manny will fight a true welterweight?

It is true that it will be Rios's first fight at 147 but your insinuation that Rios is not a true welterweight is a bit ridiculous. Rios struggled at the weight in his previous weight classes, he is clearly going to be comfortable at 147. Not against Pacquiao but that will be because of Pacquiao not his weight.

That's exactly what it comes down to. Pacquiao's beaten more than a handful of Brandon Rios type fighters before. Only reason he wouldn't now is if he's done.

He struggled at 140 because hes only had 2 fights there after coming up from 135. Beating Alvarado doesnt mean anything, since Alvarado wouldnt beat any top jww and neither would Rios. I dont care what he walks around at. Hatton walked around at cruiserweight it didnt make him a cruiser. The only thing that sounds ridiculous is saying a fighter who has never fought at a weight is in his natural weight.

I concede that Rios wouldnt beat Pac in any weight class because there is nothing he can do that pac doesnt do better.
